1. What Counts as an Eligible Return?

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of your package’s delivery date—this is confirmed via tracking information.

Items must be in their original, unused condition. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories need to stay intact; items with wear, damage, or modifications won’t be accepted.

Some items can’t be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization. These include personalized products, perishables, intimate apparel, and opened skincare or cosmetic items. A full list of non-returnable items is listed on each product’s detail page.
2. How to Complete a Return

Submit a Return Request: Before sending anything back, get in touch with our customer service team via [email/online form]. Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason for the request. We’ll review it within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

Prepare Your Shipment: Pack eligible items securely—we suggest using the original packaging if you have it. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Returns without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.

Send the Item Back: You’ll handle arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is our fault (like sending the wrong item or a defective one). Keep the return tracking number for reference—we aren’t responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Information

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days of it arriving at our warehouse) and confirm it’s eligible, we’ll process your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Exchanges: If you want to swap an item (e.g., for a different size or color), mention your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock—if the item you want is out of stock, we’ll automatically issue a refund instead.

Deductions: For returns based on customer preference (like changing your mind), we may take a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) from your refund. No restocking fees apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
